How to Organize the working place
Fast and reliable processes need organized workplaces. Organizing the workplace is an excellent way to raise awareness and gain involvement of the people in the process.
Get rid of cluttered archives, useless documents and cumbersome searching.
Basic issues that should be solved:
Reduce & improve used documents
- Relocate documents in ‘one-is-best’ archives
- Remove any non-value adding document (including copies)
- Place archives ‘in the process flow’
- Use visual techniques to access any needed item and monitor progress
- Talk to your organization in a positive way
