The first 2 hours of your analysis week you’ll do a kick-off to get everybody on board, and instruct your participants.

Prepare your Presentation/Training:

Explain your team the Background

• What is the process to be analyzed?
• Why was this process chosen?
• What is the desired improvement?
• Who are the team members and why where they chosen?

What will be the Timeline

• What is the timeline for this week?
• What will happen after this week?

Announce the Team-presentation

Make sure everybody understands what will happen at the last day of this week, Friday afternoon: The team presents the results to all the stakeholders of the process.
