Without Balance precious energy gets lost. Energy that could have been used to achieve the organization’s goal.

Sometimes carefully manoeuvring is needed in order not to disrupt a delicate balance.

Other times a disruptive action in needed in order to force a needed change. It is only hindsight that we will know what was the best approach.

Good leaders make the right choices in order to achieve their goals, to create their vision.
